1. Tickets
Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.
Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

4. Winner
Winner will be contacted by phone by the Hunters for BC.
Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.
If a winning ticket bears a minor’s name, the prize will be lawfully delivered on behalf of the minor to the minor’s parent, legal guardian or trustee.
No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Hunters for BC or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.
5. Privacy
Hunters for BC does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.
6. Complaints
Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: Treasurer@huntersforbc.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.
7. Delay in Draw
Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.
8. Other
Please email our team at Treasurer@huntersforbc.ca should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.
